We are pleased to advise that the Melco Downloader problems at High Res Audio (highresaudio.com).com are now resolved. There are new passwords available to all users from the beginning of December 2016. The password is the same as for the main HRA site. Music purchased on the site using the new passwords will automatically download on to the Melco N1 providing the downloader is active and the HRA account has been updated with the new passwords.

HIGHRESAUDIO.COM DOWNLOADER – INTERRUPTION OF SERVICE

HighResAudio.co, our download partner in Europe, has recently made a major upgrade to their systems.
Users should all have been notified by HRA as they will need to use their email address as username rather than the previous user name. Unfortunately during the transition the auto download to Melco has been suspended for a short while. We will notify when normal operation is resumed.
Meanwhile normal download to PC is working normally, and the Melco Downloader should catch up when the service is resumed.
Apologies for the inconvenience.

Melco UK debut in the Kog Audio booth at the prestigious Hi-Fi Newsshow on November 1st 2014.

Nearly 2000 attendees will have seen theunique Melco High Resolution Digital Music Library in the context of a stunning high-end Hi-Fi demonstration - all using the Melco N1A as source component. Reaction from the visitors was incredibly positive - this is the first time in the UK that it has been possible to play computer music without using any computers or IT peripherals. An engaging concept that is highly appreciated by all who stopped by for an explanation by Tim, Fraser and Mark from Kog Audio and Alan from Melco.
